A small house, run by a small family.
We're Meredith and Justin. My husband and I were born and raised in Odessa, TX. We are proud Texas Aggies (whoop!) and have been married for 19 years.
We have 2 daughters that we love taking on family vacations! We discovered our love for mountain towns on a spring break vacation in 2021 — and Broken Bow stole our hearts.
Today we own and personally run Sound of Sunshine and As Good As It Gets. No property manager, no franchise. When you text or email, you get one of us. We hope you enjoy our cabins as much as we do!
Both cabins sit a few minutes from Hochatown — the walkable village with the restaurants, distilleries, and shops most guests spend their evenings in.

Both cabins are ours. Decisions happen at the kitchen table, not in a corporate meeting.

Our own team turns every cabin between stays. No shortcuts, no rushed turnovers.

One text and we'll arrange chef dinners, guided trips, fresh flowers, or whatever else you can think of.
