Yes — Sound of Sunshine and As Good As It Gets are listed on Airbnb and Vrbo, but the nightly rate is the same here. The difference is the platform fees, which we do not charge.
Is booking direct safe?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe (the same processor used by Shopify and most major platforms), you get a written rental agreement, and you reach the actual owner — not a call center — by text or phone.
What if I have to cancel?
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 14–30 days out, non-refundable inside 14 days. We will always try to move your dates first.
