Owner's note

Get there before 4pm on Saturdays — the tasting room fills up. Their cinnamon moonshine is genuinely good and not a gimmick.

Started in 2018, Hochatown Distilling now produces a four-grain bourbon that has won regional awards. Tours run hourly; the tasting flight is six pours for $15.
