Broken Bow girls trip: the perfect 2-night plan

Broken Bow girls trip: the perfect 2-night plan

Wine, pontoon, hot tub, and where to actually eat — the girls-trip guide for Broken Bow from a host who plans these constantly.

Girls trips are the second-most-common booking we get (after couples). Here's the 2-night format that works.

FRIDAY Arrive 3–5 PM. Stagger arrivals; the group is never on time. Have charcuterie + bubbles waiting.

Dinner Friday: keep it easy. Either order in from Rolling Fork Takery (brisket + sides for 6 is $90) or do Mountain Fork Brewery (walk-in, communal tables, no reservation stress).

Evening: hot tub + wine + a movie or a long porch hang. Don't overplan.

Skip the fees. Book direct.

Check live availability for both cabins and save up to 18% vs Airbnb. Use code PINES10 for 10% off your first direct stay.

SATURDAY (the main day) Slow morning. Brunch in-cabin (mimosas + bagels) or drive to Adam & Eve's Garden Cafe.

Midday wine flight at Girls Gone Wine — exactly what it sounds like, perfect mid-day stop, no pressure.

Afternoon options (pick one): - Pontoon on the lake (book 2+ weeks ahead): 4 hours, coolers, swimsuits, music. Most fun if it's warm. - Hochatown Distilling tour + tasting + Mountain Fork Brewery patio. Walkable between, low effort. - Cabin day: pool, hot tub, books, cocktails. Sometimes this is the move.

Saturday dinner: Abendigo's if you can get the reservation (2 weeks out). Otherwise, hire a private chef for the cabin ($75–100/person, all included). Or one of the group does steaks on the grill.

Evening: fire pit, dance party in the living room (Bluetooth speaker), late hot tub.

SUNDAY Slow brunch in the cabin. Out by 11.

WHAT TO BUDGET Cabin: $400–800/night split 6 ways = $70–130/person/night Groceries + booze: $100/person for the weekend Dinner out: $80/person at Abendigo's, $50/person at takery Activities: $100/person max

WHAT TO PACK Matching robes or pajamas (the photo people want), Bluetooth speaker, swimsuits, one outfit fancier than you think you need, a deck of cards.

WHAT NOT TO DO Overbook. The best trips have 3 planned things across 2 days, not 8.
